Who is The Mangosteen Connection LLCsm (TMC)?
TMC is a networking
organization
registered
with the State of Kentucky to do business from our location
in Oldham, Ky that was
designed to help our XanGo™ distributors harness and use the
power and speed of the Internet to build a successful
home-based business.
2. Is
TMC approved to do business in all states?
As the geographical area grows
TMC will get any licenses required for that new area. Adherence to all local, county and state laws and regulation are the responsibility of the Associate. Licensing and certifications are the sole responsibility of the Associate. Consult local officials before joining
TMC so as to avoid unnecessary delays or conflicts.
3. Why did TMC chose to market XanGo™?
Promoting and selling their mangosteen product using network marketing was marriage of two winners - an exiting new patented mangosteen product combined with an equally exiting 9-level unilevel matrix compensation plan! A compensation plan that allows you to personally sponsor as many people as you can while receiving the initial PowerStart Bonus. With the PowerStart bonus, you can receive 30% of the initial order of your personally sponsored distributors and 15% of distributors they personally sponsor. Your Unilevel commission check is sent out monthly on, or before, the 20th of each month. The Unilevel check is the commission from each level of your downline within a given month. At least 50% of the purchase price of each order is paid back to distributors through the XanGo compensation plan. There is no breakage.

How can I become a XanGo
distributor?
There are three ways that you can apply for a
distributorship:
An
applicant can download the Distributor
Application from this website and fill it out and send or
fax it to XanGo™, you
can sign up over the internet, or you can be entered over
the phone. The last two options will require the new
distributor to send in a physical application and W-9 form
within 30 days; both forms are included in the distributor
packet. The processing time will depend on how quickly
the application is received by XanGo™. Obviously, internet or phone
enrollment would be the quickest.
XanGo encourages applicants to
enlist the help of their sponsors when signing up.
11. Is there a cost to join
XanGo™?
XanGo™ charges distributors a
one-time sign-up fee of $35. This allows you to purchase
XanGo™ at wholesale prices and to earn commissions on any
product sales within your downline organization. On the one-year anniversary of becoming a XanGo™
distributor, XANGO, LLC. will charge you a renewal fee of
$20.
12.
Do I get an exclusive area when I join
TMC?
No, as with all network marketing businesses you
can build your business anywhere XanGo™
is registered to do business.
13. Who do I enroll first?
Our goal is to build one
continuously growing Marketing Team. The warm market
of friends, family, neighbors and business associates should
be the first prospects for the business. After that
the world is your marketplace!
14. Can I start a new group if no group now exists?
From the original group of Associates the Marketing Team
will being the expansion into new geographical areas with no
limitations other than that of our ability to organize,
manage, and control this ever expanding growth. The
Marketing Team will be expanded as the need arises or
business opportunities demand.
15.How do I build my TMC organization?
TMC will provide each new Associate with applications, information and marketing materials

is a patented mangosteen dietary
product made from the whole-fruit puree of the mangosteen
fruit and
its xanthone-rich pericarp. The only real difference between
mangosteen and other fruits is the high concentration of

distributor, but only through a

Independent Distributors can
order
XanGo™ by calling the order entry department, mailing or
faxing in an order form, or placing an order through the
back-office via the internet.
XanGo™
accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, check, money order, and cash. Do
not mail cash or fax a copy of a check or money order.
18. How do I quality for Compensation?
To qualify to receive a commission check the XanGo™ distributor must purchase at least one case of XanGo for the month they wished to be paid. The easiest way to ensure that the distributor never misses a commission check is to sign-up for The XanGo™ Auto Delivery Program (ADP), a system whereby the company automatically sends case orders to its distributors once each month. There is no obligation to be on the ADP but for the distributor serious about building the business its is a requirement. AutoDelivery is processed on the 14th of each month. Auto payment is processed prior to the case being shipped. ADP cases are shipped soon after the 15th of each month. The ADP option can be changed at any time by contacting XanGo™ corporate offices.
Unilevel commission checks are sent out monthly on, or before, the 20th of the month. The Unilevel check comprises the commission percentages from each level of the downline within a given month. For more details see the XanGo™ compensation plan.
19. How do I qualify for the PowerStart Bonuses?
The PowerStart Bonus is paid on the initial purchase made when personally sponsored prospects enroll as a XanGo™ distributor. If the sponsor is on $100 ADP a 30% PowerStart bonus is the initial case purchase. If on the $200 ADP an additional 15% is paid on the second level on the initial purchase when a personally sponsored distributor enrolls a new distributor who also make a one or two case ADP order.
20. How difficult is it to build this networking business?
This is a very simple marketing plan designed to help the beginner as well as the experienced networker but success is not guaranteed. Achieving success requires an investment of time, energy and resources. New prospects are evaluated on their networking skills and their ability to generate new prospects. Those who join with little experience will get additional training from our experienced upline. It is, therefore, desirable and a minimum requirement that any new Associate have the desire to meet and present the business to future prospects. This is a team effort, with experienced and devoted upline leaders and trainers who are willing to invest their time, effort, and support to help grow your business. Use the resources and continually prospect for new distributors if you want to succeed. Just remember that the marketing tools and training are available to all who want to build a successful business.
21. Does
TMC provide an office, pay a salary or make any guarantees?
TMC Associates are independent contractors and/or employees of their respective companies.
TMC designed to help provide
distributors with tools to grow their business, not to build
their downline organization. TMC does not promise or
guarantee to place people under or in a downline
organization
TMC makes no income or growth projections for any Associate or their business nor will we vouch for their business fiscal health or predict their longevity.
All income is generated by and from the Associate's
own business or profession.
TMC will be held harmless from any claims of loss because of the failure of any Associate business.
Only the managers
and/or w-2 employees of TMC will be provided office space
and a hourly wage or salary. Employees of TMC may be
either full or part-time employees.
22. Can I run my own advertisements and
marketing campaigns?
All marketing and/or advertisements that market the Associates products and services must comply with all
XanGo™ requirement,
requirement listed on this website or local restrictions. Any advertising MUST be approved if other than our published marketing materials. Each State may have different requirements for the same Profession, therefore, any Associate that intends to grow their business to other locations must meet those requirements. This applies to any and all forms of advertising and/or marketing, including, but not limited to, print, radio, television, and the Internet.
